Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
The service
Bulin 47 AI (bulin47generator.app) generates short AI videos from a photo you provide. It is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bulin 47, his label, TikTok or any other platform.
Credits and payments
- Credits are bought in one-time packs ($9.90 for 100 credits, $24.90 for 400 credits) and do not expire.
- Each video uses 100 credits. If generation fails, the credits are returned automatically.
- Because videos are delivered digitally and immediately, completed purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to deliver. Contact us if something went wrong.
Your content
You keep your rights in the photos you upload and grant us a limited license to process them to make your video. You are responsible for having permission to use every photo and for following our photo rules.
AI output
Results are generated by AI and may be imperfect. You may use your videos for personal, non-commercial sharing. Do not present them as real footage.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
