Photo rules & acceptable use

This tool puts a real person's face into a video. That only works if everyone involved is okay with it. By uploading a photo you confirm all of the following.

You may upload

• A photo of yourself.
• A photo of another adult who has clearly agreed to be in the video.
• A photo of a minor only if you are their parent or legal guardian.

You may not upload

• Photos of anyone without their permission, including celebrities, politicians and other public figures.
• Photos you do not have the right to use.
• Nude, sexual, violent or hateful images.

You may not use results to

• Harass, bully, shame or impersonate anyone.
• Deceive people into thinking an AI video is real footage, or spread misinformation.
• Promote products or services as if endorsed by the person in the video.

When you post a video, please use the platform's AI-generated content label. We may refuse service, remove content and close accounts that break these rules, without refund. Report misuse to support@bulin47generator.app.
